Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse on the same or next business day.
Calculating Cost
Shipping and handling costs and options are instantly calculated in your shopping cart based on your location. You can then choose from various methods with the cost clearly indicated BEFORE you submit your order. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.
If you are ordering more than one item, shipping costs for additional items are either free or nominal.
Delivery Time
The delivery times are estimates, based your destination address, and the shipping options you choose.
Domestic Shipping
We ship via the U.S. postal system so all items may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Overseas Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We offer airmail, global priority mail, and global express mail via the US postal service. Our overseas shipping and handling rates and options will appear instantly in your shopping cart as you check out.
Global express and priority delivery dates are expedited from the US to the country of origin. The speed of delivery within each county depends on local postal policies, not the USPO method.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees, tariffs, and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. On occasion this will slow up the delivery. We can't be responsible for such delays, so please speak with your local customs office if you have any questions.
If your item has not arrived by our estimated ship times please check with your local carrier and post office, in rare occasions, customs regulations can hold things up significantly.

Instant Download FAQ
Q: I'm trying to download the mp3 to my hard disk, but it never asks me WHERE i want to save it. After it plays once, I can't find it again.
A: On certain computers you will have to Right-Click (or "control-click" on some Macintosh computers). You will then get a pop-up menu that allows you to choose what to do with the file. Choose the option that refers to download the link to disk.
Q: I want to start using the BabySleep System™ right away. If I choose the Instant Download option, how will I get it, and what will I play it on?
A: The Instant Download will come to your computer as an mp3 file format. This is the industry standard format, and is playable on nearly every computer. It will play right from the computer, even in the background while you continue to use the computer for other functions. The sound will come out of your computer speakers. (NOTE: To get the maximum benefit from the BabySleep System™, it is highly advisable to have a speaker system that contains a subwoofer. Most computer speaker systems today offer this.)
Q: I have burned a CD disc of the mp3 Download, and it plays fine on my computer, but why doesn't play on my other CD players or my boombox?
A: The mp3 file format is a specialized compressed format made
specifically for playback on computer software or portable mp3 players
(i.e., iPod). Most standard CD players purchased before 2003 will not play
an mp3. Many newer models DO have this capability, but must specifically
say "mp3" or "CD-R" or "CD-RW"-compatible. However, there is newer computer software that will CONVERT the MP3 format into a format that can be played from a normal CD player. If you are a PC user running Windows XP, you can simply drag the MP3 file onto the CD drive icon (assuming your CD drive can burn CDs). If your operating system is older than Windows XP, then you need special software to convert the file to a "WAV" file, which can then be used to burn a CD (via your normal CD burning software). You can find this software at: www.mp3towav.net - or you can find a list of other free conversion software at:

Mac OS users can simply use iTunes ( found at http://www.apple.com/itunes ). Simply drag the MP3 file into a "new playlist" in iTunes, then select "Burn CD" (in the upper-right corner). It will do the conversion automatically.
Q: How long will it take to download the file?
A: That depends on your internet connection speed. The file is relatively large (29Mb), and if you are using a dialup connection with a 56k modem, it will take approximately 90 minutes, depending on your actual connection speed. If you have a high-speed cable or DSL connection, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to make the download.
Q: If I purchase the Instant Download version of the BabySleep System™, how will I know where to find it later?
A: When you initiate the download, make sure you direct it to a folder or desktop where you can remember to find it later. Simply double-clicking the file will launch the appropriate application.
Q: When I double-click on the BabySleep System™.mp3 icon, I get a window that asks me to choose the application. What do I choose?
A: If you are a Windows user, you should choose "Windows Media Player". If you are a Mac OS user, you should choose "Quicktime Player". If these choices don't come up, try the other options. It is possible that you will need to update to the latest version of these mp3 players. If you still cannot play the file, go to the following links and update your mp3 player software.

Sales Tax
Because we are based in California, we are required to charge California residents a sales tax of 7.75% on the cost of the item. This will be automatically calculated in the check out process. You are only charged tax on the subtotal BEFORE the shipping cost is added.

Gift Orders
It is possible to send our products as a gift (it is allowable to have a different shipping address than the billing address).
We currently do not offer gift wrapping services.

Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the Baby Sleep System™, you are welcome to return the product, within 30 days from purchase date and we will refund your money (excluding original and return shipping costs).
