The SilenceSystem™

The SilenceSystem is a one-hour recording, available on CD or as a download, that helps adults self-regulate and relax during times of stress. Also known as "The Trees Sometimes Sing," the SilenceSystem CD sells for $12.95 and the download sells for $10.95 (at www.soundsinsilence.com).
 
The recording was inspired by input from busy professionals, who communicated to Sounds In Silence that it would be useful to have relaxing music that was not sleep inducing. Such music could help bring on a feeling of calm and peace while commuting to work, winding down after a long day of work, and during long trips by car, train, bus and airplane.

The SilenceSystem is a departure from the technology used to produce the company's sleep therapy products, the BabySleep System™ and the AdultSleep System™. Here, founders Jay Oliver and William Lenihan have applied elements of "Bio-Music," an organic music concept that Lenihan developed, where the music carries a striking similarity to the 'essence' of mother-nature,with a noticeable absence of "artistic ego," or individual performance-based production.
