If you haven't heard of him,
you'll wonder why you haven't.

That's because Jay Oliver has spent most of his life as the "man behind the curtain" - making it all work for such artists as: Sheryl Crow, Glenn Frey/The Eagles, Jimmy Buffett - and in the jazz world, his lifetime partner Dave Weckl (noted as the world's most prolific drummer - also Chick Corea's drummer for years over).


Jay's truest gift to the world, however, is his astonishing, eye-popping talent at the piano. You will rarely see another musician with such a rich and eclectic array of influences and styles, and the soul of his expression doesn't fail to ignite the hearts of all listeners - musicians and non-musicians alike. Reports of listeners being moved to tears is common, thus crowning Mr. Oliver with another label: the ability to heal.

I'm looking for specific indivuals or groups to help synergize and create something very powerful, moving, beautiful and completely unique.

For instance: Imagine a theatre-style performance setting spotlighting myself at a beautiful grand piano - with beautiful and cutting-edge lighting and light FX, stunning artistic backdrops displaying works of A-team artists, multi-media moving imagery, projections, (surround-cinema?), and live dancers perhaps semi-choreographed, but also moving in improvisation with the music I am creating from the piano + midi controller (brand new technology).
